Also, by simply grinding the tires, the volume of space taken up by the tires is reduced by 75% - freeing up land for ratables or public use - and the problem of standing water, where West Nile-carrying mosquitoes breed, is eliminated.

Clean-up work requires careful management for affordable execution. Magnus has developed the tools and processes to perform this work and is expanding this service line. Magnus has extensive experience in tire pile remediation. Indeed, Magnus was chosen to remove and recycle the tires left after the infamous Philadelphia/I-95 Tire Fire.

We own mobile equipment to perform on-site cleanups effectively. We grind tires on site to the ASTM Specification. This on-site processing speeds site cleanup, reduces the dirt and debris contaminating the tires, and reduces bulk.
